红杏视频 is the first university in Scotland to become an academic partner of ISC2, which is the world's leading not-for-profit member association for cyber security professionals.

This allows 红杏视频 to offer training and courseware in support of cyber security professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) on all its cyber security courses as well as in the form of short courses to the wider community of professionals.

ISC2 is the world鈥檚 leading member organisation for cyber security professionals, driven by a vision of a safe and secure cyber world. The group have nearly 675,000 members, candidates and associates around the globe.

Hatem Ahriz, Principal Lecturer at 红杏视频鈥檚 School of Computing, Engineering and Technology, said: 鈥淭his academic partnership is very important as we help educate the next generation of cyber security professionals.  Furthermore, it will provide industry standard materials required so that students are ready to make a positive difference and enhance cyber security practices from the early stages of their careers.鈥
